How far is Ecolucerna Lodge from the city?

We are located deep in the Peruvian Amazon rainforest. Getting here is part of the experience, including a journey by road and river that connects you with a unique natural environment, far from the noise of the city.

Do you offer transportation services?

Yes, we can arrange transportation from nearby airports or cities with prior reservation.

What is the weather like in the jungle?

Warm and humid year-round (72°F to 86°F), with frequent rainfall.

What vaccinations do I need to visit the jungle?

We recommend consulting your doctor. Yellow fever vaccination is generally advised.

What clothing should I bring?

Lightweight, quick-drying clothes, long pants, breathable shirts, swimwear, repellent, rain boots, and a poncho.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 1:00 PM onwards, and check-out is until 10:00 AM.

Is the water safe to drink?

Yes, we provide purified water at all times.

Do you offer additional services?

Yes, including night walks, birdwatching, and specialized Amazonian excursions.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

No, as our cuisine is based on fresh and sustainable products from the Amazon.

Do you have multilingual guides?

Yes, we have local guides fluent in both Spanish and English.

Should we bring rain boots and ponchos?

We recommend bringing your own, although they are also available at the Lodge.

Is smoking allowed at the Lodge?

Smoking is prohibited in rooms and indoor areas. It is only permitted in designated outdoor spaces.

What is included in the experience rate?

Lodging, full board (all meals), guided treks, wildlife spotting, and cultural activities.

What is included in the room rate?

Lodging, Amazonian breakfast, and access to all common areas.
